Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (i.e: incorrect size, colour, cut or style selection) we are happy to exchange to the garment of your choice. Due to our companies health and hygiene regulation we will not exchange garments that have been worn or used and will be sent back to the customer. Please use a liner while trying on garments for the first time. We will even refund the return shipping cost via normal air mail for the first exchange.
We at Zanne have a very high standard and take pride in the manufacturing of our products. For any reason that you do receive a faulty item due to our manufacturing, please contact us via phone 61-7-55631068 or e-mail and we will organize a replacement or refund immediately.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to issue a complete refund we will even refund the return shipping cost via normal air mail. Refunds will be processed as soon as items to be refunded are received and cleared.

How to make an exchange/refunds
Please return the garments in new condition with tags attached via post to the address below Refunds and exchanges should be received to our factory within 14 days from date of dispatch for Australian customers. and within 30 days for international customers. Exchange items will be sent by post in Australia or airmail to international destinations.
For exchanges
Please return the garments in new condition with tags attached via post. include a note stating
- what style, colour and size you would like to exchange it for
- the invoice number on the original invoice or a copy of the invoice
- your current e-mail address and phone number in case we need to contact you
- your current postal address
For refunds
Please return the garments in new condition with tags attached via post. include a note stating
- the original invoice number or a copy of the invoice
- your current e-mail address and phone number
- your current credit card details for a prompt and efficient refund or if originally
- paid by other means your current postal address.
